Notice to all Grant Graphics Customers.
Updated Shipping and Return Policies effective June 1, 2023.

SHIPPING
*FREE UPS Ground Shipping for all orders over $200
(includes online, phone and email orders)
• Orders must be placed by 3 pm for same day processing.
• Orders ship from Saratoga Springs, NY.
• Non-stock orders will be drop shipped from manufacturer

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Grant Graphics allows returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Upon approval, an electronic Return Service Label will be emailed to you to print out and place on the package for return to GG. Returns must be received within 10 days of receipt of Return Service Label unused and in original condition and packaging.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS and RESTOCKING
• Custom, non-stock or used items are not eligible for returns.
• 25% restocking fee may apply.

DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
• Customer may receive credit for product claimed as “damaged” or “defective” within 3-5 days of receipt. Customer must supply lot # and product must be received in original packaging.

PAYMENT and BILLING
• Cash, check and Credit cards accepted - MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express
• Net 30 days with approved credit.
