Mimaki Fine Diffusion: in RasterLink6 RIP software uses an advanced dithering process to reduce noise and produce more even colors, enhancing the image quality at the lowest resolutions.
Waveform Control: utilizes finely-tuned frequencies for the inks’ specific gravity and viscosity to precisely shape and place individual drops.
Mimaki Advanced Pass System: incorporates an advanced algorithm to reduce visible banding and uneven color printing with blurred boundaries similar to gradation printing
The Nozzle Recovery System (NRS): enables operators to substitute unproductive nozzles to avoid poor image quality or service calls. Half Cut: With this function, the backing sheet can be cut leaving behind a small connecting point that can be easily detached when necessary, creating contour cut pieces that are easy to handle.
Continuous Mark: crop marks are automatically and continuously detected between copies, which delivers accurate cuts over longer distances
Zero Margin Mark: reduces the amount of area that standard crop marks require, allowing for more copies in the same space.
Over Cut: this function makes a cross cut at the start and end positions, delivering a finished piece with sharp edges and no undercut fragments that can ruin a job.
Segment Mark: uses intermediate crop marks in the feed direction that provides four-point corrections for accurate, long-length cutting, even if the image is distorted.
ID Cut: utilizes barcode recognition that allows for the cutting details rotation of a job to be accurate, regardless of the loading direction.
